– Guiders must adhere to the dress code specified by Guideasy and wear their identification badges during tours.

– Guiders are responsible for the safety of all tour participants. You must be trained in first aid and emergency response procedures and conduct a safety briefing with participants at the start of each tour.

– Ensure that all participants follow safety instructions throughout the tour and address any safety concerns promptly.

Punctuality:

– Guiders must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the tour.

– Any delays or changes to the tour schedule must be communicated promptly to both the participants and Guideasy management.

Knowledge and Preparation:

– Guiders are expected to thoroughly prepare for each tour, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the tour content, route, and any recent changes.

– Be able to answer questions from participants accurately and engagingly, providing additional information and insights to enhance the tour experience.

Customer Service:

– Provide excellent customer service throughout the tour, addressing any concerns or questions from participants in a timely and courteous manner.
